Licensing & personnel
Armed and unarmed guarding, close protection, and related services are delivered by personnel trained and licensed in accordance with local regulatory requirements. We maintain vetting, training records, and supervision appropriate to the jurisdictions in which we operate.
Data & privacy
We align data handling with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection frameworks. Operational and client data is accessed on a need-to-know basis and protected with proportionate technical and organizational controls.
Health, safety & incidents
We maintain procedures for incident reporting, escalation, and cooperation with authorities where required. Chain-of-custody and shipment documentation follow agreed standards for high-value and sensitive cargo.
Anti-bribery & ethics
Employees and contractors are expected to refuse improper inducements and to report concerns through management channels. We do not tolerate corruption, harassment, or discrimination in the workplace or in client engagements.
